At Ramen Danbo, a premier Ramen restaurant, we pride ourselves on featuring the highest quality ingredients sourced both locally and from Japan.

Our journey began in 2000 in Chikushino, a town nestled between Hakata (Fukuoka) and Kurume on Kyushu’s southern island. As a family restaurant, our mission was clear: to deliver top-quality tonkotsu ramen with unwavering consistency. After earning the top spot in a Fukuoka TV poll of ramen shops, we expanded rapidly throughout Kyushu and across Japan, establishing our brand amongst the leading Asian restaurants.

From our original shop in Fukuoka to over 35 locations worldwide

Our TONKOTSU broth is crafted by boiling stock at extremely high temperatures, using only the finest pork bones and specially treated water. This meticulous process extracts maximum UMAMI—the pleasant savory taste—and essential micro-nutrients, resulting in a full-bodied, pure, and creamy tonkotsu base for our ramen. Each of our Japanese restaurants prepares this soup on-site, ensuring freshness every time.
