Changes to Loyalty

Hi, Danbo lovers! You may be aware, over the past few months we have been in the process of building a new membership loyalty program, which we are now close to reaching the final stages before we launch the new platform! Which means over the coming weeks we will limit the use of our current loyalty program (ramendanbo.usetada.com) until we finally close the platform entirely.

What does this mean for my current account?

Just before we switch over to the new program we’ll transfer any remaining points you have to the new system. This means that we will temporarily restrict the redemption of points in the current system.

Any vouchers you have in the TADA system will be redeemable until 19th February 2023 for dine in or in walk in takeaway orders at Southport, Surfers Paradise, South Brisbane, Sunnybank Hills and Brisbane City East. Just head to http://ramendanbo.usetada.com, login and show a member of staff any vouchers you’d like to redeem and they’ll look after the rest for you! Terms and conditions will apply.

What happens after 19th January 2023?

From the 20th February 2023, vouchers from the current system will no longer be valid for use at all stores and the TADA Loyalty system will be closed permanently.

We hope this gives members ample time to redeem any coupons still waiting to be used in the current system!
